Annual Parish Assembly 2012
date to be announced
Kelvedon Institute
Each year, every Parish Council has to hold an Annual Assembly to which all electors are invited and at which all may speak. As residents do not have the right to speak at ordinary council meetings unless business is first adjourned, the assembly presents a unique opportunity for electors to debate matters of current interest or concern - and indeed to pose questions to parish, district and county councillors, their MP and also speakers from the police and other services. | |
