Grand opening of the new play equipment
Kelvedon Youth Forum in partnership with the parish council invites everyone to the Grand Opening of the new play equipment at the
Kelvedon Playing Field on Saturday 17 May 2008 - 2:30pm, for ribbon cutting at 3:00pm. This is an opportunity to come and see the new play equipment for yourself.
The funding, purchase and installation of the equipment has been driven and achieved by Youth Forum
members for the benefit of the community.

An opportunity to help keep Kelvedon clean
Residents are encouraged to try and avoid parking on the roads in the village on
the fixed dates when the mechanical road sweeper is due to visit to clean the
road surface and guttering along the edges.

The Special Green Waste Collection is discontinued in Kelvedon
The Special Green Waste Collection, run experimentally last year by Braintree
District Council as a service to aid households not using wheelie bins, has been
discontinued for Kelvedon. The collection lorry will continue to visit Feering.

Operating under the auspices and guidance of the Parish Council, Kelvedon now
