Hospice Outreach Project
Farleigh Hospice is running the UK's first mobile hospice service in our area.
The Hospice Outreach Project, HOP for short, is a new service taking hospice services out into the community. The service is free and you can come along without an appointment to get advice, support, counselling and access to other services.
The HOP is out three days a week in the Braintree, Witham and Dunmow areas.
