Mechanical road sweeping schedule

Kelvedon will receive visits by a mechanical road-sweeping vehicle on fixed dates known in advance. The vehicle will clean the road surface, particularly the guttering along the edges.

In order to maximise the benefit that a thorough road sweep can bring, residents are urged, wherever it is possible to do so, to avoid parking on the road on the dates in question. This will allow the vehicle to access and clean the maximum amount of surface area.

The dates the vehicle is due to visit and sweep in Kelvedon are:

  • 30 August - 2 September 2011
  • 13 - 16 December 2011
  • 27 - 30 March 2012
